Hello my name is Pedro Vivanco, as well I work in the hospitality industry.My experience did not start well, not because the Hotel it was my fault. 9 couples made plans to be there for a few days. One of the couples call me and asked me for the day I will arrive. I told him on thursday (according to me)......after that he told me that he cannot fly on wednesday and asked me if I want to take his reservation and he will take mine, so I changed my flight. I got to the hotel so for start I did not have his confirmation, second my reservation was not for thursday it was for friday,......and for finish the hotel was booked. After spoke to concierge and front desk it was nothing to do. Suddenly a young lady saw me desperate without know what to do. She started to work on the computer and after probably half an hour she said Sir i believe I got a room but it will be a different charge, she said it is not possible to be the same one you have in your package. At that moment life come back to me and I said is ok, I will take it. Her name is Fany, she did the 'extra mile' in what in our world is call HOSPITALITY. I wish I can have an employee like her. AMAZING .Then in the Market Enmanuel makes a big difference during all my and my friends stay, I have to mention form the Market also Chef Wilburt, Gray, Fernando and Ozzaky. Now this is not over yet, I ate in the 3 restaurants in there and only in ZEN i filled like is my home, starting with Jesus a young fellow doing far and beyond everything in his possibilities to make me and my wife feel special even making my friends jellows and making then asking for him the next time came back in there. I did not use a menu there, he went to the chef Isidro create what we call besides my wife and kids the best memory of my life, the manager David was great too and I have one more person who I do not remember his name but it was Jesus assistant. Two thumbs up!!!. Vicente at the Bar, SUPER Claudia in front desk gave me great service too
