We've returned from a club room at the Hyatt Regency Polanco. This was an exemplary stay that textbooks could include. Great reception on 40, nice club room with breakfast and evening 'snack' consisting of a hot entree, two hot side dishes, cheeses, cold cuts, smoked fish, salad, hors-d'oeuvres, small sandwiches, bread, cut fruits and vegetables, and numerous desserts, along with an open bar. We had an executive suite for three people (adult son with us) and the room was fantastic. One thing that sometimes disappoints with high-rise hotels is dirt on the outside of the window. These windows were sparkling, as was the entire room. Pool and exercise areas (plus tennis courts which I didn't realize they had until we arrived) were clean and nicely designed.
